Lenten Outreach Project 2018

Each year our Sunday School students take on a Lenten Outreach Project of some sort.  Sometimes these projects serve people in our local community and other times they reach out around the world beyond.  During Lent 2018, our students made "Kindness Rocks" to help spread kindness and positive thoughts.  They painted rocks and decorated them with words and phrases of kindness and positive thinking.  They each took one to place somewhere for someone else to find and invited the congregation to take one to place somewhere for someone else and also to take one for themselves to help brighten their own day!
